I’m Alexandra Williams, a GP who is passionate about connecting women with clear and key health information, so they can make informed decisions about their health.

Perimenopause and menopause changes occur at a pivotal time in a woman’s life. Often roles are numerous (family, career, recreational) and changes can have significant impact. Evidence based medicine has a lot to offer - from behavioural strategies to medication - to help women thrive.
